The person behind Phare IQ

My career began in hospitality operations, where I quickly discovered that the gap between what technology promised and what it actually delivered was enormous. That tension became my focus. I moved into product roles, working across SaaS platforms, property management systems, and revenue management tools used by hotels and operators around the world.

Over the years I led product teams, shaped roadmaps, and helped organisations navigate the complexity of digital transformation. I worked with startups finding their footing and with established companies trying to modernise without losing what made them successful.

I founded Phare IQ because I wanted to work directly with the people making the decisions — founders, operators, and product leaders who need a clear-eyed partner, not a large agency. The name comes from the French word for lighthouse. The idea is simple: clarity in uncertain conditions.
