Most engagements start with a focused discovery session where we define the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like. From there, the shape of the work depends on what you need — it might be a structured strategy sprint, an ongoing advisory relationship, or a specific deliverable like a product roadmap or workflow audit. I keep engagements lean and outcome-focused.

It varies. A focused strategy session can be a single half-day. A product roadmap or workflow redesign typically takes two to four weeks. Ongoing advisory work runs month to month. I don't lock clients into long contracts — the work continues as long as it's useful.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Primarily remote, which works well for most of what I do. For workshops, facilitation sessions, or situations where being in the room genuinely matters, I'm open to travelling. I'm based in Dortmund, Germany, and have worked with clients across Europe and internationally.

I work primarily with Make (formerly Integromat) and Airtable, which cover the majority of workflow automation needs for small to mid-sized teams. I also work with Notion, Zapier, and various API integrations depending on your existing stack. I'm tool-agnostic in principle — the right tool is the one that fits your team and your processes.

I focus on practical, lightweight AI tools that solve specific operational problems — review summarisation, data analysis, automated reporting, and intelligent routing of information. I don't build large-scale AI infrastructure. What I build is designed to integrate cleanly into your existing systems and feel like a natural upgrade rather than a disruption.

No. My background is in hospitality technology, which gives me deep domain knowledge there, but the skills I bring — product strategy, workflow design, AI adoption — apply across industries.
